South Carolina Property Purchase Closes in 21 Days

A South Carolina construction company that also works within the concrete and trucking industries recently worked with our team at Commercial Capital BIDCO in order to purchase the property they had been leasing for several years prior. This property serves as the client's offices - spanning across 6.7 acres - and was able to be purchased at the maturity of their lease. Our team was able to collateralize an investment property owned by the client and his wife in order to close the $719,000 deal in only 21 days. This client's company has been in operation for over 15 years and we are excited to play a small role in the continued longevity of their business and its future success!

Creativity Key for South Carolina Restaurant Loan

Did you know that we specialize in small-balance funding options ranging from $250,000 to $3,000,000+? This deal is an example of us being able to work a smaller balance with big results!

In May 2025 we helped a Columbia, South Carolina restaurant secure a $429,000 loan that restructured their current debt and funded property renovations. This deal was closed in a little over a month with an LTV of 65%.  To make this deal work, we structured it to include a renovation reserve and a seller’s note from the property owner. This deal is a perfect example of what sets Commercial Capital BIDCO apart from other lenders - our commitment to finding creative ways to help our clients get the funding they need!
