We recently helped a repeat client to close on a raw land refinance deal within the Franklin, Tennessee area. Refinanced at $600,000 and an LTV of 48%, the raw land will be developed and sold as a single-family parcel. With this being our client’s third working deal with us, we had to get creative in order to make the closing happen! We cross-collateralized all loans / properties and was able to process within two months alongside the client’s other working deals.
