Our client was looking to alleviate the student housing shortage in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, near the University of Alabama campus. CCB was able to provide $400,000 for a cash-out refinance for working capital. The funds from this deal are being used for a large-scale project that borders the subject property. This larger project is a multi-family property that will be used to house students of The University of Alabama close to the university’s campus. This deal included many layers and relied heavily on the property’s value. We were able to get it to the closing table in just over a month.
